Track A · Steps 1–4

Find Topics Worth Building

Discover, filter, and pick one topic. Output: one approved topic with a keyword.
Start here when you have no current assignment.
A · Step 1Pull Opportunity Data from GSC + Semrush
What is this step?

You collect raw topic data from two tools. This data feeds the AI in Step 2. Without this data the AI cannot work. Do not skip.

Collect from Google Search Console
  1. Open GSC → Performance → Search results. Set date: Last 90 days.

  2. Filter: click “+ New” → Position → Greater than 5. Click Apply. Filter again: Impressions → Greater than 30.

  3. You now see queries where ND appears in Google but not strongly. Export this list as CSV. Save it as GSC-Data.csv.

Collect from Semrush
  1. Open Semrush → Keyword Magic Tool. Type one seed phrase. Use these seeds one at a time: Skardu, Hunza Valley, Gilgit, fairy meadows Pakistan, K2 base camp trek, northern Pakistan travel, Karakoram Highway, Naran Kaghan, Swat Valley, Deosai Plains, Naltar Valley, Attabad Lake, Rakaposhi trek, Concordia trek, Pakistan mountain tour

  2. Filter: KD (Keyword Difficulty) below 50. Export results.

  3. Also run: Semrush → Keyword Gap. Enter northerndiscover.com vs one competitor URL you found on Google for any of those seeds. Export “Missing” keywords tab. Save as Semrush-Gaps.csv.

Save

GSC-Data.csv + Semrush-Gaps.csv — both files needed for Step 2.

A · Step 2AI: Find the Best Topics From Your Data
What you need before running this prompt
  • GSC-Data.csv contents (open the file, select all, copy)
  • Semrush-Gaps.csv contents (same — open, select all, copy)
Prompt A2 — Topic DiscoveryYou are an SEO strategist for NorthernDiscover.com — a travel authority for Northern Pakistan (tours, guides, car rentals, bookings, travel reports). The site needs new pages that will: 1. Rank in Google 2. Appear in AI search answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) 3. Generate travel inquiries and tour bookings I am giving you two data sources: GSC DATA (queries with impressions but weak rankings): [PASTE YOUR GSC-Data.csv CONTENTS HERE] SEMRUSH KEYWORD GAPS (keywords competitors rank for, we don’t): [PASTE YOUR Semrush-Gaps.csv CONTENTS HERE] From this combined data, identify the top 15 page topics worth creating. For each topic return: – Topic name (plain English, e.g. “Guide to Skardu in Winter”) – One primary keyword (the exact search phrase to target) – Why it is worth creating (one sentence: demand + gap + ND relevance) – Estimated competition: Low / Medium / High // Sort the list: best opportunity first. // Do not include topics already well-covered on northerndiscover.com. // Focus on Northern Pakistan only: GB, KPK, Azad Kashmir travel content.
Expected Output

A ranked list of 15 topics. Each has: topic name, primary keyword, reason, competition level.

Save

Paste AI output into a Google Doc. Label it Topic-List-[DATE]. Keep this doc open — you will use it in Step 3.

A · Step 3AI: Filter and Pick One Topic
What you need

The Topic-List from Step 2.

Prompt A3 — Topic Filter and SelectionYou are helping select the single best topic for the next page on NorthernDiscover.com. Here is the topic list from the previous step: [PASTE YOUR TOPIC LIST FROM STEP 2] Also check this: go to northerndiscover.com and search for each topic. Tell me which ones already have a strong dedicated page on the site (not just a mention). Remove those from consideration. From the remaining topics, select the single best topic to build next. Use this logic to decide: 1. Low or Medium competition score = preferred 2. Topic connects to Northern Pakistan travel specifically (not generic travel advice) 3. After reading a page on this topic, a visitor would likely contact ND about a tour or booking 4. ND has genuine local authority on this destination or activity Return: – SELECTED TOPIC: [topic name] – PRIMARY KEYWORD: [exact keyword] – REASON (2 sentences): why this is the best choice right now – SECOND CHOICE: the next best topic if the selected one has a problem // If you cannot find a clear winner, return the top 3 with scores and let me choose.
Expected Output

One selected topic + primary keyword + reason. One backup topic.

Save

In your Topic-List doc, mark the selected topic as SELECTED and record the primary keyword.

Stop If

The AI cannot find any topic with Low or Medium competition that connects to Northern Pakistan travel. Contact Shahid Hashmi before proceeding.

A · Step 4AI: Analyze the SERP for Your Topic
Why this step exists

Before building the page, you need to understand what already ranks for your keyword. The AI will analyze the SERP and tell you what the page needs to include to compete.

What you need
  1. Search your primary keyword on Google.

  2. Open the top 5 results. For each one, copy: the URL and the page title (the text in the browser tab).

  3. Also copy all questions from the “People Also Ask” box on Google results page.

Prompt A4 — SERP AnalysisYou are an SEO analyst. I am going to build a page on NorthernDiscover.com to compete for this keyword. Primary Keyword: [YOUR PRIMARY KEYWORD] Topic: [YOUR SELECTED TOPIC] Top 5 SERP results (URL + title): [PASTE EACH URL AND TITLE HERE, ONE PER LINE] People Also Ask questions found on Google: [PASTE ALL PAA QUESTIONS HERE] Analyze and return: 1 — WHAT EVERY TOP PAGE COVERS List the sections and topics that appear in most of the top 5 results. These are mandatory — the ND page must also cover them. 2 — WHAT THEY ALL MISS What specific information do all 5 results fail to provide that a real traveler planning this trip would need? List 3–5 gaps. 3 — CONTENT FORMAT What format does the top result use? (Long guide / short FAQ / itinerary / comparison / list) — the ND page should match this format. 4 — TOP 8 QUESTIONS THIS PAGE MUST ANSWER Based on PAA + gaps, list the 8 most important questions a traveler has about this topic. Ranked by importance. 5 — 8 CITATION TARGETS List 8 factual questions this page should answer in one sentence each — the type of answer ChatGPT or Perplexity would cite. // Return each section clearly numbered. No preamble.
Expected Output

5 sections: mandatory topics, content gaps, format, top 8 questions, 8 citation targets.

Save

Paste full output into your Topic-List doc under the selected topic. Label it SERP Analysis. You will paste this into the brief prompt in Track B.

Track B · Steps 5–13

Build New Pages

From topic to finished draft. Output: a complete, optimized draft ready for Track D.
Start here after Track A is complete and a topic is confirmed.
B · Step 5AI: Create the Content Brief
What is a brief?

The brief is the exact plan for the page. It tells you what to write, in what order, with what information. Nothing is written before the brief is done.

What you need
  • Primary keyword (from Track A)
  • Selected topic (from Track A)
  • SERP Analysis output (from A · Step 4)
Prompt B5 — Content BriefYou are a content brief writer for NorthernDiscover.com — a travel authority for Northern Pakistan covering tours, destination guides, car rentals, trek itineraries, travel reports, and bookings. Build a complete content brief for the following page. The brief will be used by a writer. Every instruction must be explicit — assume the writer knows nothing about this topic. Topic: [YOUR SELECTED TOPIC] Primary Keyword: [YOUR PRIMARY KEYWORD] SERP Analysis (paste full output from Step 4): [PASTE SERP ANALYSIS HERE] Build the brief with these sections: SECTION A — PAGE IDENTITY – Page title (must contain destination name + answers a traveler question) – URL slug (lowercase, hyphens, short — max 5 words) – Meta title (50–60 characters — destination + primary keyword) – Meta description (150–160 characters — what the page is about, includes destination) – Primary keyword – 5 secondary keywords SECTION B — OPENING – Exact first sentence (must be a direct answer to the primary question — not an introduction) – Second + third sentence guidance (expand with one specific local fact or practical detail) – Do NOT open with: “Welcome to”, “If you are planning”, “Northern Discover is”, “This guide will” SECTION C — PAGE STRUCTURE List every section heading in order. For each: – Heading text (as a question or clear statement) – Content type (narrative / FAQ / step-by-step / table / list) – What specific information must appear here – Minimum word count – Which citation target this section answers SECTION D — FAQ BLOCK List 12 FAQ questions. For each: the exact question + type of answer needed (practical / comparison / narrative). SECTION E — LOCAL EXPERT BLOCK Write a 80–120 word “ND Local View” paragraph that sounds like it was written by someone who has physically visited this place. Include specific names, routes, or practical facts. No generic statements. SECTION F — CTA + LINKS – Single CTA at end of page: [Replace this placeholder: “Plan your [DESTINATION] trip with Northern Discover — WhatsApp us at +923419674740 or email northerndiscover.pk@gmail.com”] – 3 internal links: suggest anchor text + what type of ND page to link to – 2 external links: suggest what type of authority source to link to (e.g. Pakistan Tourism, weather service) SECTION G — WRITER RULES 5 things the writer must ALWAYS do for this specific page. 5 things the writer must NEVER do for this specific page. // Return the complete brief. No preamble.
Expected Output

A complete 7-section brief: page identity, opening, structure, FAQ list, local expert paragraph, CTA/links, writer rules.

Save

Paste the brief into a new Google Doc. Name it: Brief-[Topic]-[Date]. This doc is your working file for all of Track B.

B · Step 6Check the Brief (Quick Gate)
Why this check exists

A bad brief produces a bad page. This check takes 3 minutes. Do not skip it.

Brief Passes — All Must Be Yes
Title contains a destination name
Title answers a traveler question
Meta title is 50–60 characters
Meta description is 150–160 characters
First sentence is a direct answer (not an intro)
12 FAQ questions are listed
Local Expert block has specific facts (not generic)
One CTA defined
3 internal links suggested
Brief Fails — Fix Before Writing
Title is generic → re-run Prompt B5, ask AI to rewrite title only
First sentence is an intro → ask AI: “Rewrite the opening as a direct answer”
Fewer than 12 FAQs → ask AI: “Add more FAQ questions for this topic”
Local Expert block is vague → ask AI: “Rewrite with specific route names and facts”
Multiple CTAs → ask AI: “Keep only one CTA at end of page”
B · Step 7AI: Write Each Section
How to use this step

Write one section at a time. Use the prompt below for each section in your brief. Do not write the whole page in one prompt — quality drops.

Prompt B7 — Section Writer (Use once per section)You are writing one section of a travel page for NorthernDiscover.com. Section heading: [PASTE SECTION HEADING FROM BRIEF] Content type: [narrative / FAQ / step-by-step / table / list — from brief] What must appear here: [PASTE INSTRUCTIONS FROM BRIEF SECTION C FOR THIS SECTION] Minimum word count: [FROM BRIEF] Citation target this section answers: [FROM BRIEF] Writer rules for this page (from brief): [PASTE 5 ALWAYS + 5 NEVER FROM BRIEF SECTION G] Rules that apply to every section you write: 1. First sentence directly answers what the section heading promises. 2. Use specific place names, route names, distances — never say “the area” or “the region.” 3. Write for a traveler planning a real trip — not a casual reader. 4. No filler words: undoubtedly, truly, breathtaking, stunning, hidden gem, nestled, boasts, remarkable, a must-visit. 5. Short sentences. Maximum 25 words per sentence. 6. Do not start any sentence with “Northern Discover is…” Write the section now. Return section text only — no heading, no preamble, no commentary. // Paste output under the correct heading in your Brief doc.
Save

Paste each section directly into your Brief-[Topic] doc under its heading. Build the full draft section by section in that doc.

B · Step 8AI: Write the FAQ Block
What you need

12 FAQ questions from your brief (Section D).

Prompt B8 — FAQ BlockWrite the FAQ section for a NorthernDiscover.com travel page. Topic: [YOUR TOPIC] 12 FAQ questions (from brief): [PASTE ALL 12 QUESTIONS HERE, NUMBERED] Rules for every answer: 1. First sentence = direct answer to the question. Must contain the key fact. 2. Second + third sentence = detail or practical tip. 3. Maximum 80 words per answer. 4. Each answer is a paragraph — not bullet points. 5. No answer may start with “It depends” or “There are many factors.” 6. Use specific names: place names, costs, times, distances when relevant. 7. If the answer involves contacting ND: end with [WhatsApp +923419674740 or email northerndiscover.pk@gmail.com] Return all 12 Q&A pairs. Question as bold text, answer as plain paragraph. // Add this block to your draft doc after the body sections, before the CTA.
B · Step 9AI: Audit the Full Draft
Why this step exists

The AI audits its own draft and gives you a fix list. You apply the fixes. This replaces manual proofreading.

Prompt B9 — Draft AuditYou are auditing a NorthernDiscover.com travel page draft before it is optimized. Draft: [PASTE YOUR FULL ASSEMBLED DRAFT HERE] Run these 5 checks and return PASS or FAIL for each: CHECK 1 — OPENING Does the first sentence directly answer the page’s main question? Or does it use an introduction formula (“Welcome to”, “If you are planning”, “This guide will”)? Quote the first sentence. Mark PASS or FAIL. CHECK 2 — SPECIFICITY Find any sentence that could apply to any mountain destination in the world — not specifically Northern Pakistan. List each vague sentence. For each, suggest a rewrite using a specific place name or fact. CHECK 3 — FILLER LANGUAGE Find every instance of these banned words: undoubtedly, truly, breathtaking, stunning, hidden gem, nestled, boasts, remarkable, incredible, magnificent, a must-visit, one of the best, paradise, jewel. List each sentence containing them. Rewrite each without filler. CHECK 4 — FAQ FORMAT Are all FAQ answers written as paragraphs (not bullet lists)? Does each FAQ answer start with a direct answer in the first sentence? Mark any that fail. CHECK 5 — CTA Is there exactly one CTA? Is it at the end of the page? Does it tell the reader what will happen when they contact ND? Mark PASS or FAIL. Return: PASS/FAIL for each check. List of problems. Rewrites for every failed item. // Apply all fixes to your draft doc. Save the corrected version.
Expected Output

5 check results + list of problems + rewrites. Apply all suggested rewrites to your draft.

B · Step 10AI: Keyword and On-Page SEO Check
Prompt B10 — On-Page SEO AuditYou are an on-page SEO auditor for NorthernDiscover.com. Primary keyword: [YOUR PRIMARY KEYWORD] 5 secondary keywords: [FROM YOUR BRIEF] Draft: [PASTE FULL DRAFT] Run these checks and return PASS or FAIL with exact fix instructions: CHECK 1 — PRIMARY KEYWORD Is the primary keyword in: (a) first 100 words, (b) at least one H2, (c) the meta title from the brief? Quote where it appears or state it is missing. CHECK 2 — SECONDARY KEYWORDS Is each of the 5 secondary keywords present at least once? List each keyword: PRESENT (quote location) or MISSING (add suggestion). CHECK 3 — HEADING STRUCTURE Is there exactly one H1? Do all major sections use H2? Are H3s used for sub-sections? Report the full heading hierarchy. CHECK 4 — ENTITY COUNT Count specific Northern Pakistan place names, valley names, peak names, route names mentioned. Minimum required: 15 distinct named entities across the full page. Return count. If below 15, list where to add more. CHECK 5 — INTERNAL LINKS Are the 3 internal links from the brief present with the correct anchor text? List which are present and which are missing. Return: all 5 checks with fixes for every FAIL. // Apply fixes. Save as final optimized draft.
B · Step 11AI: Citation Readiness Check
Why this step exists

AI assistants (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) now answer travel questions directly. For ND to appear in those answers, each page must have clear, extractable facts. This prompt checks that.

Prompt B11 — AI Citation CheckYou are checking whether this NorthernDiscover.com page can be cited by AI search engines. 8 Citation targets (from Step 4 output): [PASTE YOUR 8 CITATION TARGETS] Draft: [PASTE FULL DRAFT] Run these 3 checks: CHECK 1 — DIRECT ANSWER EXTRACTION For each of the 8 citation targets: find one sentence in the draft that directly answers it. Quote the sentence. If no sentence exists — mark FAIL and write a replacement sentence to add. CHECK 2 — PASSAGE INDEPENDENCE Pick any 3 paragraphs at random. Can each paragraph stand alone as a useful answer without needing the rest of the page? Mark PASS or FAIL. For fails: rewrite the paragraph to make it standalone. CHECK 3 — INFORMATION ORIGINALITY List 3 specific pieces of information in this draft that a generic internet AI would NOT have. These should be specific to Northern Pakistan. If fewer than 3 exist — state what is missing. Return: results per check + all rewrites for FAIL items. // Apply fixes. The draft is now final.
B · Step 12AI: Generate Meta Data + Schema Code
Prompt B12 — Meta Data + SchemaYou are preparing the technical SEO elements for a NorthernDiscover.com page. Page title: [FROM BRIEF] Primary keyword: [FROM BRIEF] Meta title (from brief): [FROM BRIEF] Meta description (from brief): [FROM BRIEF] Page type: [Choose one: Destination Guide / Trek/Activity Guide / Practical Info Page] FAQ questions and answers (paste all 12): [PASTE ALL 12 Q&A PAIRS FROM YOUR DRAFT] Return the following: 1 — CONFIRMED META TITLE Confirm the meta title is 50–60 characters. If not, rewrite it to fit. Return character count. 2 — CONFIRMED META DESCRIPTION Confirm the meta description is 150–160 characters. If not, rewrite it to fit. Return character count. 3 — SCHEMA JSON-LD CODE Generate the complete schema markup for this page as valid JSON-LD. – All page types: include FAQPage schema using all 12 Q&A pairs. – Destination Guide or Trek Guide: also include TouristAttraction schema. – Practical Info Page: also include Article schema. Output the complete ready-to-paste JSON-LD code block. // The JSON-LD code block goes into WordPress as a Custom HTML block at the bottom of the page.
Save

In your Brief doc: paste confirmed meta title, meta description, and the full schema JSON-LD code. Label clearly. You will paste these into WordPress in Track D.

B · Step 13Final Draft Checklist
What this is

A 2-minute physical check before the draft moves to publishing. Check each item by looking at your Brief doc — not from memory.

All Must Be Yes to Proceed
First sentence is a direct answer
All sections from brief are written
All 12 FAQs answered as paragraphs
No filler words remain
One CTA at end of page
Meta title confirmed (50–60 chars)
Meta description confirmed (150–160 chars)
Schema JSON-LD code saved in doc
3 internal links with anchor text noted

Fix Before Track D
Any item unchecked → fix it, then recheck
Schema code missing → re-run Prompt B12

URL slug not decided → ask AI: “Give me a clean URL slug for this page topic: [topic]”
Track C · Steps 14–17

Improve Existing Pages

Find pages that are not performing well and fix them. Output: updated page pushed through Track D.
Start here when assigned an existing page to improve. Also run weekly on your 10 highest-impression pages.
C · Step 14Pull Existing Page Performance Data
Collect from GSC
  1. Open GSC → Performance → Search results.

  2. Click “Pages” tab. Find the page URL you are improving.

  3. Click the page URL. You now see only that page’s data.

  4. Click “Queries” tab. You see all the keywords this page currently appears for.

  5. Export this list. Save as Page-Queries-[PageName].csv.

  6. Note: current average position, total impressions (last 90 days), total clicks (last 90 days).

Collect the Current Page Content
  1. Open the page on the live ND website.

  2. Select all text on the page. Copy it.

  3. Paste into a new Google Doc. Label it CurrentContent-[PageName].

Save

Page-Queries CSV + CurrentContent doc + note of current position/impressions/clicks. All needed for Step 15.

C · Step 15AI: Diagnose the Page and Create Improvement Plan
Prompt C15 — Page DiagnosisYou are an SEO analyst diagnosing a NorthernDiscover.com page that is underperforming. Page URL: [PASTE PAGE URL] Current average position in Google: [FROM GSC] Impressions (last 90 days): [FROM GSC] Clicks (last 90 days): [FROM GSC] Keywords this page currently ranks for (GSC query list): [PASTE YOUR Page-Queries CSV CONTENTS] Current page content: [PASTE CURRENT PAGE TEXT] Diagnose the page and return an improvement plan: 1 — PRIMARY KEYWORD PROBLEM What is the most important keyword this page should be targeting based on the GSC query data? Is it clearly targeted in the title, first sentence, and at least one H2? PASS or FAIL with exact location or fix. 2 — CONTENT GAPS Based on the keywords people are already finding this page with — what questions is the current content NOT answering that it should? List specific missing topics. 3 — OPENING PROBLEM Does the first paragraph directly answer the page’s main question? Or does it use generic intro language? Quote the current opening. PASS or FAIL. If FAIL — rewrite it. 4 — MISSING FAQ BLOCK Does the page have a FAQ section with at least 8 questions and paragraph answers? PASS or FAIL. If FAIL — list the 8 most important questions to add based on the GSC keyword data. 5 — FILLER AND VAGUE LANGUAGE Find the 5 most generic sentences on the page — sentences that could appear on any travel website, not specifically ND. List them. Rewrite each with a specific fact, name, or detail. 6 — IMPROVEMENT PRIORITY LIST Rank the fixes in order of impact (most important first). Return a numbered list of exactly what to change and in what order. // Return each section clearly. Provide rewrites for every problem.
Expected Output

6-section diagnosis: keyword problem, content gaps, opening rewrite, FAQ list, rewritten vague sentences, priority fix list.

Save

Paste into your CurrentContent doc. Label it Diagnosis Output.

C · Step 16AI: Rewrite Sections Using Diagnosis
How to use this step

For each fix in the priority list from Step 15, run the section writer prompt below. Rewrite only the broken sections — do not rewrite the whole page unless the diagnosis says the entire page needs rebuilding.

Prompt C16 — Section RewriteYou are rewriting one section of an existing NorthernDiscover.com page based on a diagnosis. Page topic: [PAGE TOPIC] Section to rewrite: [SECTION HEADING] Current section text: [PASTE CURRENT TEXT OF THIS SECTION] Problem identified in diagnosis: [PASTE THE RELEVANT DIAGNOSIS POINT] Rewrite instructions: [PASTE SPECIFIC FIX FROM THE PRIORITY LIST] Rules for the rewrite: 1. First sentence directly answers what the section heading promises. 2. Use specific Northern Pakistan place names, routes, distances, seasons. 3. No filler: undoubtedly, breathtaking, hidden gem, nestled, boasts, remarkable. 4. Maximum 25 words per sentence. 5. Keep the same section heading unless the diagnosis said to change it. 6. If this section adds an FAQ block: each answer must be a paragraph starting with a direct answer sentence. Return: the rewritten section text only. No commentary. // Replace the old section in your working doc with the rewritten version.
C · Step 17Improved Page Checklist
Improved Page Ready — All Must Be Yes
All priority fixes from diagnosis applied
Primary keyword in title + first 100 words + one H2
Opening sentence is a direct answer
FAQ block present (min 8 questions, paragraph answers)
No filler language remains
One CTA at end of page
Schema updated if new FAQs were added (re-run Prompt B12)
Fix Before Track D
Any item unchecked → complete the relevant fix first
Schema not updated → re-run Prompt B12 with updated FAQ list
Track D · Steps 18–19

Publish in WordPress

Enter the page in WordPress with RankMath. Confirm everything live before publishing.
Start here when a new page (Track B) or improved page (Track C) is ready.
D · Step 18Enter the Page in WordPress
New Page vs. Existing Page Update

New page: Go to WordPress → Pages or Posts → Add New.
Existing page update: Go to WordPress → Pages or Posts → find the page → click Edit.

Enter These Items in This Order
  1. Page title: Paste from your Brief doc.

  2. URL slug: Set in WordPress Permalink field. Paste slug from Brief doc. Example: skardu-travel-guide-winter — no capitals, no spaces, hyphens only.

  3. Body content: Paste from your Brief doc. Do not paste directly from Microsoft Word. Paste into Notepad first, then copy from Notepad into WordPress. This removes hidden formatting.

  4. Headings: In WordPress editor, select each major section heading → set to Heading 2 (H2). Sub-sections → Heading 3 (H3). The page title is automatically H1 — do not add a second H1.

  5. Internal links: Find each anchor text in the body. Highlight it. Click the link icon. Search for the ND page. Select it. Confirm the link opens the correct page.

  6. External links: Same process. Check “Open in new tab” for all external links.

  7. Images: Upload each image. Before uploading — rename the file: skardu-lake-october.jpg not IMG_4521.jpg. After uploading, fill in the Alt Text field: describe what is in the image + location name. Example: Kachura Lake in Skardu in autumn with golden trees. Do NOT write “image of” or “photo of.”

  8. Featured image: Set in the right sidebar. Choose the main image for this page.

  9. Page category: Set the correct category (Destination / Trek & Activity / Travel Tips — use whichever fits).

  10. Schema code: Add a Custom HTML block at the very bottom of the page (below all content). Paste the JSON-LD schema code from your Brief doc into that block.

Fill in RankMath (SEO Plugin)
  1. Scroll down in WordPress editor to the RankMath section.

  2. In the Focus Keyword field: paste your primary keyword.

  3. In the SEO Title field: paste your confirmed meta title (50–60 characters) from Brief doc.

  4. In the Meta Description field: paste your confirmed meta description (150–160 characters) from Brief doc.

  5. RankMath score will show. Aim for 80+. If below 80, check which items it flags and fix them.

D · Step 19Preview, Confirm, and Publish
Rule

Click Preview. Read the preview page from top to bottom. Check every item below by looking at the preview — not from memory. One failed item = do not publish.

Confirm All in Preview Before Publishing
Page title visible and correct
URL slug matches what you set
All body text present — no sections missing
All headings formatted correctly (H2, H3)
All images load — no broken image icons
All alt text set (check in WP media library)
Featured image set and visible
All internal links work — click each one
All external links open in new tab
CTA visible at end of page
RankMath score 80+
Schema JSON-LD block present at bottom
No placeholder text remaining
Fix These Before Publishing
CTA link broken → fix link, re-test
Images not loading → re-upload images
RankMath below 80 → check which items it flags, fix them
Schema block missing → add Custom HTML block with JSON-LD
URL does not match slug → fix in Permalink field before publishing
Sections missing from body → paste missing sections into editor
After All Items Confirmed — Publish
  1. Click Publish in WordPress.

  2. Open the live URL in a browser. Confirm the page loads correctly. Check images, links, and CTA on the live page.

  3. Open GSC → URL Inspection → paste the live URL → click Request Indexing. This tells Google the page exists.

  4. Record in your work log: Date | Page Title | URL | Primary Keyword.

Contact Shahid Hashmi If
  • The live page shows a 404 error after publishing.
  • The URL slug changed automatically during publishing (note both the intended and actual URL).
  • WordPress shows an error when you try to publish.
  • The page looks broken on mobile — take a screenshot first.
Track E · Steps 20–21

Weekly Report

Report what was published. Run once per week. Audience: Shahid Hashmi (team leader) + Hassan Sadiq (strategist).
Run every week on the same day. Takes 20–30 minutes.
E · Step 20Collect This Week’s Publication Data
What to Collect
  1. Open your work log. Find every page published or updated this week. Copy: Page Title, URL, Primary Keyword, Date Published.

  2. For each published page, open GSC → URL Inspection → paste the URL. Check if Google has indexed it (it says “URL is on Google”). Note: indexed or not indexed.

  3. Open GSC → Performance. Set date to “Last 7 days.” Note: total clicks and total impressions for the site (not per page).

Save

Keep all this data ready. You need it for Step 21.

E · Step 21AI: Generate the Weekly Report
Prompt E21 — Weekly Report GeneratorYou are writing a weekly SEO production report for NorthernDiscover.com. Audience: Shahid Hashmi (team leader) and Hassan Sadiq (SEO strategist). Format: short, factual, professional. No filler. No opinions unless asked. Pages published or updated this week: [PASTE: Page Title | URL | Primary Keyword | Date | New or Updated] [Add one row per page] Indexing status per page: [PASTE: Page Title | Indexed in Google: Yes / Not Yet] Site-wide GSC data this week: Total clicks: [NUMBER] Total impressions: [NUMBER] Generate a report with these sections: SECTION 1 — PAGES COMPLETED THIS WEEK A table: Page Title | URL | Primary Keyword | Status (New / Updated) | Indexed (Yes / Not Yet) SECTION 2 — WHAT WAS DONE (one sentence per page) For each page: one sentence explaining what was built or improved and why. SECTION 3 — INDEXING NOTES List any pages not yet indexed in Google. Note: GSC indexing request was submitted for each. SECTION 4 — SITE-WIDE NUMBERS Total clicks this week: [number] Total impressions this week: [number] Pages published to date this cycle: [count from work log] SECTION 5 — NEXT WEEK PLAN Based on the work log and topic list: what is the next topic being worked on? One sentence. // Return the complete report. No preamble.
Expected Output

A clean 5-section report: pages table, what was done, indexing notes, site numbers, next week plan.

Save and Send

Paste the report into your weekly report Google Doc. Label it Weekly-Report-[Date]. Share with Shahid Hashmi. Hassan Sadiq reviews as needed.

REF · 01The 6 Rules That Never Change
Permanent Rules
  1. One page at a time. Complete the full cycle for one topic before starting another.

  2. No writing without a brief. Brief is built in B · Step 5. Writing starts in B · Step 7.

  3. Every page opens with a direct answer. Not an introduction. Not “Welcome to.” The answer to the main question — in the first sentence.
